Globe and Mail Op-ed about the ongoing land fraud in Kanehsatake 30 years after the so-called “Oka Crisis”

To mark the 30th anniversary of the police and military siege of Kanehsatake, commonly known as the “Oka Crisis,” I published an op-ed in the Globe and Mail. I argue that little has changed concerning Indigenous-settler relations in the 30 years since that summer. You can read the full op-ed here.
